I am a certified yoga teacher. I completed a 200-hour YTTC in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow at the Sampoorna Yoga School in Agonda, South Goa, India, in March 2017.
The first time I discovered yoga was during my vacation in Amsterdam in 2009, and from the very first moment I fell in love with it.
I started practicing yoga regularly in London in 2010 and have been practicing for over 16 years.
I decided to become a teacher and went to India to complete my training. As a result, today I am a practitioner, a student, and a teacher of yoga.
Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. It offers a way to clear the mind, giving way to healthy sorts and an energized body.
I tried various forms of yoga and eventually focused on the Vinyasa Flow method. Vinyasa Flow allows me the freedom to be creative on the mat and create fun sequences that challenge and keep students on their toes. My goal is to create a balance between active asana and restorative practices.I love connecting with people and enjoy sharing the experience and knowledge I have gained so far.
